Why do you think they can settle in a horror setting if they’re under 18?: Jun is a child soldier raised to fight eldritch horrors from a hell dimension. He'll be fine.
Canon Abilities/Powers:
Jun is a Seal Knight, which basically means he's an overpowered monster slayer for God. at least he says his powers are from God. Are they really? No probably not since he's a JRPG character and we all know how those always go, but canon hasn't revealed the true source so let's just let him pretend.
Anyway his ability list is long so bare with me.
Magic Sword - he can summon a giant holy sword at will.
Light magic attacks - I could get technical about his skill-set but basically he uses light magic with the sword to kill monsters dead.
Teleportation - He can use magic to teleport himself and others. Obviously he won't be able to teleport off the island nor would it work in any places that would need it disabled for plot reasons.
Magic - He can cast various spells such as creating a fake sleeping version of himself, binding spells, tracking spells, a voice distortion spell - basically a bunch of random spells that would be handy for his line of work and/or plot conveinent.
Fast Healing - He can heal quickly from injuries, even fatal ones. He can heal up from being impaled in about 2 days- 1 day if he has the chance to relax and completely focus on healing.
Enhanced abilities - Strength, speed, endurance, dexterity. He can parkour like no other and also wield a giant sword with one hand despite being tiny.
Enhanced Senses - he can pick up on presences of others, and whether or not they are hostile.
Fighting Abilities - he spent his whole life being trained to fight monsters so yeah he can throw punches.
Glowing Seal - He has a seal mark on his arm that when activated, will glow. It basically just shows proof of what he is, and he'll only really show it if you max out his social link.
What is their greatest negative emotion towards an object, situation, or person in their past?:
Jun's greatest negative emotion is an overall lack of emotion. As a Seal Knight, he was raised to not have any emotional attachments or really any sense of self - prioritizing his duty above all else. Because of that he kinda...skipped out on vital emotional development and has only really started playing catch up thanks to being exposed to normal-ish teenagers and spending loads of time with them. He's made a lot of progress, but he still really struggles a fair bit with knowing how to tackle certain emotions or how to relate to others without lying. On top of that, his tendency towards apathy tends to come back to bite him, since it means he'll often overlook stuff he really shouldn't sometimes.
How strongly do they feel about the negative subject matter, on the scale of one to ten?:
Maybe a 5? He wants to learn and grow - he does cherish the emotions he has figured out and the people he's grown close to. But also, he's still a Seal Knight and does know he's going to have to return to his order one day and it probably won't go great. But Jun has decided to....worry about that problem later! Yes. Kick that can down the road.
What is their greatest virtue?:
Jun is kind. Despite a lifetime of being trained to only care about accomplishing his missions at any cost, some of the first real personality traits he exhibited were ones of kindness. When the feeling strikes him, he goes above and beyond the expected level of kindness without really thinking about it. A good example of this is a time he saw a kid's ball floating in the lake. He decided to enlist a friend's help in renting a boat and rowing out to the middle of the lake to retrieve it so he could return it to the owner -- despite having zero clue who the ball even belonged to. When he got asked why, he had no reason beyond he just felt like he should.
How aware are they of their virtue, on a scale from one to ten?:
3! His friends have informed him that he is kind, even pointing out a whole list of nice things he's done. However he hasn't fully accepted it himself partly because he feels bad for not-so-nice stuff he's done for his Seal Knight duties (using people, lying, nearly getting a whole school killed by accident, etc), and partly because he does not have enough emotional awareness to fully understand his kind acts are a lil extreme. Emotions, they're so hard.
Items:
Seal Knight uniform. TECHNICALLY he has street clothes, but he can change into these ala magical girl style at will.
Arc-Legus, aka a great sword. Like the uniform, he can summon it at will and he's the only one who can wield it.
Xiphone. It's...a phone. I'm sure there's some knight related apps on there, but they're useless and mostly it just has some photos, some mobile games and a couple anime episodes he was watching, because spoilers - Jun's a big nerd.

Special notes

JUN'S NOTES

- Buildings repair themselves
- Isolated to anything off the island
- Tentacles when phone is hacked (but not when phone destroyed)

- Stalking Pumpkins

- Appearance of people from multiple dimensions, worlds, and times.
- Lack of a language barrier
Theories
- The island is not part of an actual world, but is rather a small isolated realm created by some means/being. This is why they are cut off from everything and why so many abnormalities are possible - real world rules don't apply here. The "true cause" of what made this island is unknown.
- The "cause" is likely unholy/demonic in nature due to the manifestations response to holy magic.
- The "cause" is not the Admin & Doll's group. Likely this group is an organization set on either managing or investigating this realm. Not necessarily enemies, but also not trustworthy. They likely have memory erasing technology/magic more powerful than what's found in his world.
- Phones were given to them by Admin & Doll's group, both as a way to keep in contact but also to monitor them. Network is not to be trusted.
- Island responds to emotions and wills of the people in it according to Doll, both for good and for ill. Gun store didn't work because it was too broad a wish (aka everyone has a different definition of what a gun is). Wall Abominations may have been from people missing their loved ones.
- Doll has a emotional softspot for Naruto. Could use that if necessary.
