Have any of you encountered instances of fictional characters turning out to be real?
More than just "story was roughly based on something that actually happened", I mean.

Also, does anyone know anything about taking care of a cat? This is unrelated.

what i was thinking about were these concepts of "heroic spirits" which are magical beings that can be from myths and legends. like king arthur or gilgamesh. definitely not from a random cartoon
